The London Playing Fields Foundation require a Property Manager to oversee its seven sports grounds in Greater London. This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week. The post will suit a flexi-time arrangement with the Property Manager spending most of their time visiting the various grounds. The Property Manager will report to the Operations Director.
The successful applicant will have the following skills:-
Personal Skills
•Understanding of the needs of grassroots football, cricket, hockey and rugby
•Knowledge of grounds maintenance
•Experience of preparing budgets
•Experience of providing and presenting written reports
•Thorough understanding of risk management
•Experience of working to tight deadlines
