Experienced Health Professional sought to lead themed behavioural change projects based at the West Ham United FC Community Department.
West Ham United Community Sports Trust are seeking a qualified health professional with managerial experience to develop our new Hearty Lives Newham, and Premier League Health Projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Public Health, and a proven track record of leading projects linked to behavioral change. Candidates will be expected to design a range of health intervention programmes targeting men and family units, and to lead a team of Health Trainer / Coaches to deliver them. The candidate will have outstanding communication skills, and be able to use these to motivate a wide range of target audiences.
