Rugby Player Coach wanted for West London Club
League: First team - Herts/Middlesex 2. Second Team - Middlesex Merit Table 6th Division.
Are you ready to increase your rugby management skills, and make a step up to coaching? Do you fancy a new challenge?
We are looking for a player/coach who can make the difference to our club, moving us from also rans to challenging for promotion.
Role Responsibilities:
We ‘re looking for someone who can encourage and improve the current player base, raising fitness and competitiveness across the players, as well as bringing in, developing and integrating new playing talent.
You would also be responsible for the overall management of the club’s teams including selection.
This position would best suit either a current ambitious coach or a player looking to move into a player coach role.
If you don’t yet have all of your coaching badges, don’t be put off. We will put the new player coach through the appropriate development courses.
Playing squad: Uxbridge’s 1st & 2nd team playing squads have a wide range of ability from experienced one club players with over 10 seasons at the club to new players in their first season.
