We are seeking a dynamic individual who is willing to make a major contribution in the management and operation of our flagship facility - Northolt Leisure Centre; comprising two pools, a studio, community/function hall, library, cafe and large gym.
The council's Active Ealing team is responsible for the co-ordination of sport and active leisure services in the borough. Active Ealing currently manages a number of sport and leisure facilities, including an athletics track, provides sports development programmes and works in partnership with management contractors and other providers to co-ordinate sports and active leisure services across Ealing.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced duty manager with a record of success at wet and dry leisure centres. You will be expected to contribute to maximising income streams and the development of activity programmes including the ability to lead on a specific business area of the centre.
In addition, you will need to possess great interpersonal skills, a strong sales background, understanding of the health and fitness market, excellent customer services and leadership skills.The successful candidates will be required to work on a shift basis including evenings and weekends.
