Volunteering in sport is one of the most diverse, accessible and rewarding opportunities around. You don't even need to have picked up a racquet or kicked a ball to get involved.

From coaching to catering and first aid to fundraising, there's a huge variety of interesting roles you can do.

This website offers a variety of different volunteer placements including event volunteering. You can search for opportunities close to where you live or specific types of roles.

This is aimed at volunteers aged 14-19 years and particularly offers event volunteering type roles.

London is divided into 5 County Sports Partnerships - each of these has information on volunteering within the region including local volunteer centres. Select your region for further information.

Volunteer Centres provide support at a local level to individual volunteers and volunteer involving organisations.
